Your Role:

UVS Games is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the products and events campaign along with the social program for the UniVersus CCG.

UVS Games is a fast-growing company devoted to tabletop games, collectible card games, board games, and more. UVS Games has published a number of card games, board games, and figurines. We’ve built products for well-known IPs such as My Hero Academia, Yu Yu Hakusho, Street Fighter 🥷, Mortal Kombat, Mega Man, Cowboy Bebop 🤠, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Create Marketing Campaign Plans for product launches and events including organized play, conventions, and trade shows
• Create strategies focused on player acquisition and customer lifecycle management
• Lead and manage our digital properties, online marketing initiatives, and paid media strategies
• Manage the influencer and ambassador program
• Manage the marketing relationship with IP Licensing holders
  • Coordinate the approval process for marketing campaigns with IP holders
• Manage Budgets, Schedules, KPI Reporting and Marketing Metrics Measurements

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing department or advertising agency
• 3+ years of IP approval process management
• 3+ years of campaign or go to market planning
• 3+ years of social media planning and execution
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience working in the hobby games industry
