Your Role:

UVS Games is excited to continue to grow and develop their team of talent. As such, we are looking for an experienced manager of finance in the Seattle area to take our finance function to the next level. This role will be a manager-level role responsible for managing, balancing, and navigating the finance needs for the organization.

The ideal candidate should excel at handling a wide variety of projects, is able to keep everyone well-informed on progress and keeps track of things down to the small details.

UVS Games is a fast-growing company devoted to tabletop games, collectible card games, board games, and more. UVS Games has published a number of card games, board games, and figurines. We’ve built products for well-known IPs such as My Hero Academia, Street Fighter 🥷, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Critical Role, and many more.

What you’ll do:

• Lead forecasting, analysis, and scenario planning for P&L and long term models.
• Develop complex financial models for ARR, operating expense, and free cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for special projects.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years in a dynamic Finance and/or Business Planning Organization (including internships).
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills required.
• A consistent track record of delivering in fast paced environments.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay close attention to details.
